David Dale House, was originally an annexe of the college of building and printing, named after David Dale (1739-1806), founder of the New Lanark Mills. Dale, as industrialist, banker philanthropist and entrepreneur, was one of Scotland’s foremost citizens in the 18th century. 2006 is in fact the bicentenary of his death. The David Dale building is an exciting opportunity for any business to locate in a first class location.

The 13th century cathedral is within a short walk of Broad Street, and the city centre offering a range of excellent amenities and shopping a 10 minute drive away. For any business, transport routes are extremely important: Glasgow is accessed by the M8 motorway from Edinburgh and the east, M74 from Carlisle and England to the south and the M80 to the North and Stirling.
